If you’re a SaaS Founder or C-Suite employee, you can apply for a complimentary Hosted SaaS Founder & Operator ticket (which gets you all SaaStock ticket benefits, including access to our new Meetup meetings programme) plus up to €400 in hotel/travel reimbursement.
To qualify, your company must have an ARR of €500k or more and you must be responsible for decisions to purchase technologies and other solutions for your organisation. You’ll take up to four 15-minute onsite meetings (called Hosted Meetings) with participating sponsors as part of Meetup.
Hosted Meetings will help you quickly and easily find solutions that are right for you, and create relevant opportunities and meaningful connections that result in positive outcomes for you and your organisation. Hosted Meetings not only get you a free ticket and up to €400 in travel/hotel reimbursement, they are an incredibly efficient use of up to 1 hour of your time at SaaStock.
As part of Meetup, you can also join additional non-hosted meetings with anyone for any reason–you could meet your next investor, find potential partners, connect with prospects, meet media and press, grow your network in the SaaS community, find talent to recruit and much more.

All Hosted Meetings are double opt-in (both parties want to meet each other) and you’ll get to both opt in to meeting requests you receive and request meetings.
Meetings will be held onsite at SaaStock during dedicated hours, and you won’t need to miss any content to attend meetings. Your final schedule of meetings will be sent to you the week before the event.
