Back at SaaStock Europe 2026: Tabletalks – 45-minute interactive peer group roundtable discussions for AI & B2B software attendees to share insights, address issues, explore opportunities, and generate actionable takeaways on key topics.

Tabletalks at SaaStock Europe is the world’s largest roundtable programme for the AI & B2B software community, enabling AI & B2B software Founders, C-Suite and other attendees to network and learn from each other like never before. Each discussion will take place with 5-7 peers (plus a moderator from a sponsoring company).

Attendees can join up to 2 Tabletalks and pick from multiple timely and important topics that cover some of AI and B2B software’s most pressing challenges and opportunities.

How to get involved

Sponsors can sponsor specific Tabletalks topics, presenting a great way to get in front of small, targeted groups of AI and B2B software attendees in a thought leadership context around timely and meaningful topics, while building and deepening business relationships.

We plan to offer 8 Tabletalks topics, each of which can be sponsored. Sponsoring companies will receive:

Sponsorship of every Tabletalk (up to 3 per session, 2 sessions) that is assigned to the sponsored Tabletalk topic

Our content team will coordinate to create 3 relevant questions to be discussed as part of each Tabletalk topic

Sponsor name included with the Tabletalk topic, for example “Using AI Assistants for Customer Success (sponsored by XYZ Company)”

A branded placecard with the sponsoring company’s name will be on each applicable table

One person from the sponsoring company can attend each Tabletalk assigned to the sponsor’s Tabletalk topic to facilitate the discussion*

Post-event contact details of all creators that attended your sponsored Tabletalk topic

*introducing themselves and helping move the conversation along consistent with the prearranged discussion questions–note that this is not an opportunity for a sales pitch or to dominate the conversation
